The symposium fee includes:
Payment can be made by cheque, credit card and/or cash. However the cheque and credit card payment will be accepted up till August 26th. Afterwhich, payment should be made in cash.
50% of the fee will be refunded if a written cancellation request is received before the 29th August 2003. No refund requests will be accepted after this date.
The organisers have negotiated a good discounted price of £115 pn (double room); £130 pn (king size room) & £200pn for a suite - including tax and breakfast with Radisson Grafton Hotel. However please see a list of other recommended hotel like the Tavistock hotel.
