Registration for IMIVE 2003
Registration for the symposium on Intelligent Motion and Interaction Within Virtual Environments is now open.
Early registration is preferred and open until the 22nd of August, 2003. The registration fee for early birds is set at £200 per person. Late registration fee is set at £300 per person.
- Print out the registration form in the format of your choice [WORD] [PDF].
- Fill it in.
- There are three methods of payment available: credit card, cheque (made payable to "University College London") and/or cash. Details are on the form.
- If your choice of payment is by credit card, it is vital that the card holder's signature is filled-in by the owner of the card.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by credit card or cheque after the 26th of August, 2003.
- Registration after the 26th of August, 2003 is only possible in person at the symposium. The only method of payment acceptable will be in CASH at the symposium. Kindly indicate this on the registration form. Please send in the registration form asap and bring the cash in with you.
- You can choose to send your completed registration form by fax, email or mail in order of our preference. Which ever way you choose, you will have to email the Co-ordinator requesting confirmation of registration.
- If you choose to fax the form, make a copy of the completed form for yourself and send a copy to +44 20 7387 1397
- If you choose to email the form, save a copy of the completed form for yourself and send a copy to the Co-ordinator

50% of the fee will be refunded if a written cancellation request is received before the 29th August 2003. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. Queries about registration should be emailed to the Co-ordinator.
