LaTeX2html Error on Multiple Bibliographies

Example of bug no reference for citation: with latex2html generation of HTML. This feature, problem, etc. occurs when using cite to entries in multiple bibliographies and where the cite command is placed after the bibliographies in the source code.

It appears the problem does not arise when the bibliographies are placed after the citation, or when only one bibliography is used.
