All of these ports have been submitted back to the original programmers,
but strangely many of them were not interesting in distributing them, so
I will distribute them all here. Note that these were all done in 2004 so they may
have since been superceeded by now.

The official OS X release of AbiWord
is buggy and out of date, so I compiled the latest CVS version.
