well, at least we know the list works :-)


on a different note, i was wondering if the authors of SM have
considered a generic billing model that can be applied to their
work as well as other bi-directional tree structures?

given that the location of the core and its mapping per group
is done out-of-band, can one apply the same basic principle
regarding billing associated with construction of the branch,
data sent from the source, and fees potentially recovered from 
the downstream elements (ISPs and/or receivers)?
