The Economist has a "Thinker's guide to internet economics" (April 1st - 7th, 2000, p77-79). Worth a thought?

A letter in the Computer Bulletin, March 2000, p5, points out that the Department of Trade and Industry in the UK has an International Secondments Service "... which supports secondments to any country for 3 to 12 months, to help companies learn best practice and develop overseas links". Euroabstracts, published by the European Commission, has a "Dossier: Entrepreneurship" edition, February, 2000. There are several helpful summaries of current European Union research as well as a list of enterprise ministries in each European Union country. Euroabstracts is free by subscription.
