From the UCL Application
and Entry web site you may either download an application form or
apply online. The following may be helpful if you
are applying online:
- You will need to attach a transcript of your degree in electronic
format.
For those educated in the UK, where their university is
unable to provide a transcript, a list of subjects or courses studied
and marks obtained may be attached. This transcript has to be in image
file format e.g. jpeg. If you have it as another format such as PDF or
Word and cannot convert it to an image format you can e-mail us the document,
we will convert it and e-mail the image back to you. If you only have
it on paper, then you can fax it to us and we will e-mail you an image
file (the departmental fax number is +44 (0) 20 7679
0255, mark for attention of the Medical Image Computing MSc
administrator) .
- The online form can truncate your postal address, please make
sure the address is clear enough for the postal service because you
should receive further communications by post.
- At the end of the application, you receive a PDF. Please e-mail
us a copy.
