Speaker Information

Presenters of full papers will have 18 minutes to speak and presenters of position statements will have 7 minutes. In both cases, there will be an additional three minutes of Q&A after the presentation. As well, at the end of each session, each speaker from the session will participate in a panel discussion/debate, further Q&A, etc. The session chair may ask general questions of the panel or individuals or may open the floor for any questions/comments/objections, etc.

Overall, expect an interactive session with a lot of audience participation and debate!

Author Kit

The Author Kit for IWQoS '99 can be downloaded below. Important points are summarized as follows:

Full papers must be no more than 10 pages in standard 8.5" by 11" two-column IEEE ComSoc conference format. Short papers/position statements must be no more than 3 pages. Two hard copies must be received by

no later than April 10, 1999. At least one author must register for the workshop by this same date for the paper to appear in the workshop proceedings.
