I arrived a few days before the conference and met up with
Mike Cattolico
and
Conor Ryan.
Mike and I went for a walk in
St. Edward
Washington state park,
actually on lake Washington.
Near Kirkland.

Later Conor joined us for a light lunch at the
Elephant and Castle pub outside
the
Red Lion Hotel
on 5th Avenue.

After Darrell and I had given our tutorials

Advanced GP,
Beth wanted to eat some Fish,
so we headed
down hill.
While waiting for a table we watch the sun go down and listen to a
concert by Macy Gray.

Boat trip Lake Washington -- Pacific, Wednesday 30 June 2004
After the conference,
Mike Cattolico
and Pat
invited me on a wonderful boat trip from Lake Washington,
through the locks to the sea ending on the Peugeot Sound
and Seattle harbour.
