Problems with G-Mail
GMail sends talktalk mail to Spam
It seems sometime about August 2016 Google decided that email from
talktalk.net was more spamfull than necessary and decided to stop
accepting email from it that has been redirected.
Work around
Ask the talktalk.net user to send their email to your G Mail
account directly,
rather than to your university account where you have an automatic
forward.
GMail has a pile of stuff online which basically says its a user error.
But their "solutions" do not seem useful
