• Sources are adaptive
• Either have upper, or lower bound or not
• Sinks are delay/jitter/wander adaptive - I.e.. “controlled load”
• Note [Parekh] - PGPS - utilisation for CBR low - so we won’t handle lots of individual POTS calls …..
