Please complete this form as far as possible and send us your details by clicking the Register for IFL button at the bottom of this page; then follow the payment instructions to ensure that your payment reaches us by 21 July 1998.

If you want to update your details in our records at any time, please use the 'Change of Details' registration type. You only need to input your name and any changed details. Any changes that require a modification payment should be negotiated via email or telephone contact - beware that changes to accommodation may be very difficult to achieve after the registration deadline.

Reminder: the deadline for RECEIVING PAYMENT for registration is 21st July 1998.

The registration fee is £165 (pounds sterling). This includes registration, lunch and refreshments (on Wed, Thu and Fri), draft proceedings, LNCS proceedings, and the social event.

	Single accommodation in a student hall of residence at £21 per night.
	Twin accommodation (a limited number of rooms available on a first-come-first-served basis only to delegates travelling with their spouse) in a student hall of residence at £31 per night.
	No accommodation is required.

NB: We will book accommodation based on your requirements as stated here. You may be liable for any mistakes, so please check details carefully before submitting this form!

Please now press the "Register for IFL '98" button so that we hold an electronic copy of your registration requirements. You will receive a confirmation page that shows the details of your registration. Please print a copy of the conformation page and include it with your cheque or credit card details which should then be sent to UCL.

Payments

Either of the following (in order of preference) is acceptable:

cash in pounds sterling (but only in person - not by post!), or
cheque in pounds sterling drawn on a UK bank, or
Eurocheque in pounds sterling, or
Visa or Master card in pounds sterling

Procedure:

Visa or master card payment can be effected either by email or by telephone or by post. Cheques can only be effected by post.
Cash only in person.

Covering letter: In all cases payment must be accompanied by a covering letter (hardcopy or electronic) stating that this is payment for attendance at the IFL'98 workshop.
Copy of Web form: In all cases payment must also be accompanied by a printout of the conformation page you receive after pressing the registration button.
