Friday 4 August 2006 took Virgin Trains' ten ten Pendolino train from London to Birmingham. After an hour or so the kitchen was closed due to the air conditioning in that coach breaking down and it becoming too hot for the staff.
The other coaches stank; possibly due to the closed air conditioning system pumping the smell of the toilet onto the passengers.
