Call for Participation and Application to Attend
AIP2005 is still open for ordinary registration. The application booklet can be downloaded here and can be sent-in by post along with the payment cheque to :

There is still scope for late registering attendees to present research results in one of two poster sessions. Those wishing to present a poster should give its title in the application form.
Applications should be made on the form including a description of your areas of interest, a provisional poster title if you wish it to be considered and a letter of support if applying for the reduced rate.
If posters are accepted a one page abstract will be asked for and will be printed in the book of abstracts available at the meeting. Instructions for the poster formats will appear later.
Important Notice
Submission of this booking constitutes a legally
binding agreement.
Payment must be received in full prior to the event.
We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of applications. If
you have not heard from us within 7 days prior to the conference,
please contact the conference administrator.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing before
Friday 27th May 2005 and will be refunded minus an administration
charge of £50. We regret that no refunds can made for
cancellations received after that date, for whatever reason. Bookings
made after Friday 27th May 2005 are non-refundable.
