IP and/on ATM

IP can use ATM for low latency forwarding, and replace the signaling with automatic flow identification
Basis for proposals (and products) from Ipsilon and a family (tag switching) from Cisco....and others
Garbage collection a problem...still.....
Policies are also a problem...
