Packet Classification - Flows.

In VC net, putting packet in right queue is easy - have connection id (vci/vpi or lcn)
In datagram net, have two options:
- use things already in every packet to “recognize/classify” flow
- tell network what is a flow (add signal/call setup - i.e. make it a virtual circuit net for the inelastic traffic)
