Discussions were held with various members of the RENOIR group at the University of Paris 1 while I was attending the 5th International Conference on Object Oriented Information Systems (the conference was also organised by the leaders of the group). More specifically, I had the chance to discuss the work of the group on software process enactment and the Mentor environment. My main interest was to find out about the experiences of the group with the construction of fine-grain process enactment environments before extending the Reconciliation method to provide similar capabilities. I also presented a paper on the Reconciliation method at the conference.
