NAME

voxelmean - calculates the mean of each diffusion MRI measurement in a set of voxels.

 

SYNOPSIS

voxelmean -voxelelements <int N> [-inputdatatype <float|double> -inputfile <filename>]

 

DESCRIPTION

Reads a given number of elements with optionally specified type from a data source and calculates the mean of each. Output is a single voxel with the same number of components as the input voxels.

 

EXAMPLES

calculate the mean of a set of measurements test.bdouble with 62 elements in each voxel

cat test.bdouble | voxelmean -voxelelements 62 -inputdatatype double
