NAME

countseeds - Counts seed voxels within an image.

 

SYNOPSIS

countseeds <input image> [region index]

 

DESCRIPTION

A simple tool to count seed voxels within an Analyze format ROI file. The output is a single number, which is the total count of voxels in the file that have intensity greater than zero.

The argument input image should specify the input image. The optional argument region index counts seeds for a specific ROI within the image, if omitted then all ROIs are counted.
