Minutes of the MB-NG operational meeting.

Equipment:
----------

Spirent: The smartbits 6000 chassi and the terra metrics card has been
       delivered. Ian Bridge is in the process of obtaining the
       relavent keys to enable the software to work.

Cisco: Problem of equipment order stalling has been rectified by Peter
       Clarke. The order seems to be going through now. We expect the
       equipment to be delivered in four weeks.

Acterna: The OC48 card has been ordered. It is expected to arrive in
       the next two weeks.


The new Management tool.
------------------------
The new management tool was presented. The general comments were:

       - It lacks visible time axis

       - Each elements of a particular experiment should be assigned
         to someone in order to ensure ownership.

       - The time investment required to keep up both the gantt chart
         and the new management tool maybe too much, thus we should
         settle for one or the other or some hybrid.

  The IP routing address allocation has been submitted. The allocation
  should be granted in around five days if everything goes well.
