       Call for Participation and Papers

The First Nordic Workshop on Genetic Algorithms
          and Their Applications

            9-13 January, 1995
           University of Vaasa
                 Finland


 The First Nordic (=Scandinavian+Finnish) Workshop  on
Genetic Algorithms and Their Applications will be held
on   January 9-13,   at the University of Vaasa.  This
meeting brings together an international community from
academia and industry interested in algorithms suggested
by the evolutionary process of natural selection.
A good opportunity to meet most Nordic GA researchers.  The
workshop will also contain a tutorial session and plenaries
given by internationally distinguished GA researchers
including prof. David E. Goldberg.
Especially genetic programming papers are welcome!

Participation fee: nominal.
