Self Organisation is a Good Thing (witness OSPF/BGP) but needs to scale more than current distributed dynamic routing
Algorithms abound - some based on performance (e.g. SOT is based on TCP equation based throughput, which is good for FIFO - could have others…based on other fitness functions)
