In the current VR group we have several variants of an avatar to embody an agent, a human user or a series of animation scripts. The VAP framework is an attempt to promote reusability of avatars that have the necessary mechanisms for making them believable without constraining the elements that do the actual "thinking".
The presentation format will be more akin to workshop, thus enabling a substantial discussion period.
